  4. What phase should I buy?

    The phase your child needs is based on how much weight he/she needs to lose.

    If you are unsure, we recommend you start with phase, the red phase.

  5. What is my child's ideal body weight?

    If you are unsure about your child's ideal body weight, contact your pediatrician or family doctor.

    Alternatively, you can leave us your child's age, weight and height and we will contact you with an estimate within 7 days.

  6. Are there any contraindications to this program?

    Although this program has been extensively tested and proven to be extremely safe, we recommend that you contact your pediatrician or primary care physician prior to commencing our program.

  7. What products should I buy?

    You need to buy the products of the phase that corresponds to the current degree of your child's obesity:
    • Severe (Phase I): Very overweight children, more than twice their ideal body weight
    • Moderate (Phase II): Those who need to lose 30-50 lbs.
    • Mild (Phase III): Those who need to lose 10-25 lbs.
    • Maintenance (Phase IV): Children who want to prevent obesity or maintain weight loss

  8. Can I purchase just one product or do I need to purchase a set (of products)?

    You can purchase just a handbook, workbook, video, or fast food guide.The different items are color-coordinated for each phase and degree of your child's obesity. All of our patients receive a complete kit containing a workbook, handbook, video, exercise card booklet, and fast-food guide.

  9. Do you have a refund policy / Is there a refund guarantee?

    Because of the nature of our products (books, videos) we are unable to offer a refund policy.

  10. What if I have an overweight child and another child who is not overweight?

    Even children who are not overweight benefit from our program by adapting a healthier lifestyle.

  11. Is there a Committed to Kids® program in my area?

    We currently have programs operational in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette, Louisiana and Pikeville, Kentucky.

    However, we are in the process of opening new programs throughout the United States and Canada.
