Committed To Kids Materials
Please Note: Due to medical licensing and copyright restrictions and liability risk, we are unable to provide individual answers to questions concerning our professional materials. Most of your questions will be answered once you read the content of the books, manuals and view the videos. Also, our fifteen years of clinical experience and scientific expertise has been recently condensed in the book Trim Kids (www.trimkids.com). This book will provide answers to most of your specific questions about how to prevent and treat childhood overweight problems in your clients, patients or students. We will only respond to emails concerning the status of orders for professional materials.
The following materials have been developed over a fifteen-year period as part of a comprehensive pediatric weight management program designed for children 6 to 18 years of age. Our materials are now available as an introductory tool for home use if a Committed To Kids clinic is not available in your area. Your physician, registered dietitian, exercise physiologist and counselor are also good resources to maximize the results. Remember to always check with your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

PHASE 2 VIDEO - Yellow exercise video for moderately overweight children*
This video contains an entertaining low-impact routine with basic movements which moderately overweight children can easily learn and master. Strength and flexibility exercises were created specifically for overweight children.
PHASE 3 VIDEO - Green exercise video for mildly overweight children*
This video contains fun and challenging aerobic-dancing moves and additional, more advanced strength exercises. Children who are mildly overweight can master the routine after performing the video just a few times.
PHASE 4 VIDEO - Blue exercise video for healthy, normal weight children
This video features a combination of high and low impact aerobic dance moves along with strength and flexibility exercises. It is the perfect way to prevent obesity in younger children or normal-weight condition.
